A group of 7 accounting interns at KPMG are assigned a charity event project, "GogoGetters", for the Corporate Social Development Committee that will be held at the community hall in the Limpopo central business district (CBD). This project aims to empower grandmothers (or 'gogos', as referred to in many African cultures) in the rural areas around Limpopo who are the primary caregivers of their adolescent grandchildren. As a team, these interns have to arrange the planning of the charity event, manage the funds that will be circulated for the charity event and ensure the execution of the charity event. They also have to provide a formal report, stating all the challenges and successes of the event. In addition, they will have to make recommendations to the Corporate Social Development Committee for future charity activities. One of the findings outlined in the formal report presented by the interns to the KPMG Corporate Social Development Committee states that "many Gogos arrived late due to the challenges associated with public transportation."Choose a logical recommendation from the options provided that could be associated with this finding.
