You are required to develop a BCD to 7-Segment Converter. 

This system accepts a 4-bit BCD code (D3, D2, D1, D0) and sets outputs (Seg_A, Seg_B, Seg_C, Seg_D, Seg_E, Seg_F, Seg_G) HIGH or LOW depending on which segment must be illuminated to display the digit corresponding to the BCD code. 

Assume a LOGIC 0 (LOW) turns on a segment while a LOGIC 1 (HIGH) turns off the segment.
