Making sure shared workspace is tidy before I leave/ finish for the day.

I keep my belongings on or under my work bench, not on the walkway.

Check if I have turned off all the instrument/ devices after use/ before leaving.

Oh shoot, I couldn't finish my lab today, I'll return unused materials back to designated place for next session.

If equipment is broken or malfunction, I should fix it myself, because I broke it.

I'm using this tool and it was not always available, so I keep it with me the whole time instead of putting it back, so that someone else cant have it.

Technical officer can refuse to let me enter the lab after being warned once only.

If I am unsure of how to use an equipment or where thing is, I should get help from technical officer/ lab demonstrator/ paper convener/ tutor.

I need to take my work/project home with me, I will ask permission from my lab supervisor and lab technician if I have to take tool(s) or instrument(s) out of the lab.

Eating and/or drinking in the lab is okay as long as I am not caught.
