Read the following vignette:Susan has to study for an exam in her cross-cultural management course. However, she does not know exactly how to make a start. Other fellow students already started revising and have gotten together in their study groups. However, Susan is too shy to ask them whether she could join, because she does not know what they think of her, and she is afraid they would say no. But she would have loads to offer. Her note taking is excellent, and she already kindly shared all her material and reading notes with her best friend Carolyn who is very grateful. Susan has set herself a goal. She does not only want to pass the exam, but ace it! She knows that in order to get and A* she has to study hard and in advance.
