Mr. Liu is an 88 year old gentleman. You have finished helping him with morning care and transferred him to his wheelchair. He starts reading the newspaper while you clean up the room. You go to get his breakfast tray. When you come back, you notice that his eyes are closed, he is leaning on his right side, and his respirations have become rapid, laboured and noisy. He looks pale and you observe saliva bubbling out of his mouth when he breathes. You call his name but he does not respond.
