The interviews for the post of IT manager are happening next week, and HR have just sent me information (5) all the candidates. I thought we should get together to discuss the CVs before the interviews.

Yes, we should have a meeting. lt will be good to discuss these things  (2) advance (3) a change. Usually the job interviews are arranged (2) very short notice and we don't get a chance to really look at the CVs in detail.

Are you free on Friday morning to do this? I could make any time betwen 9 and 11. And can I have a quick look  (2) the CVs beforehand?
