It will be common throughout your life that you will have competing and contradictory answers to this question related to your intrinsic, extrinsic and attainment values at the time that will result in a combination of motivations to both engage and disengage.

What has demotivated you from studying during your previous education
What will motivate you to achieve your goals this trimester (and beyond)?
1. List as many of your priorities as you can think of.2a. Group your priorities into high, medium, and low priority.or2b. Rank your priorities in order of most important to least important.3. For each of your priorities, estimate the time you spend per day actively participating towards them.4. Does anything else (like sleep) take up significant time? How could you represent this as a priority?
(Hint: have you considered your own health and well-being in your list of priorities?)
