Measures that are applied to avoid distort competition made by subsidized goods. They may be imposed if the imported goods benefited by a subsidy and the imports caused injury to the EU industry. A causal link between the injury and the subsidised imports must be demonstrated.

Erga omnes measures against imports, which may be imposed in case of an unpredictable, severe and sudden increase of imports.

A measure that may be imposed when a company exports a product to the EU at lower prices  than the normal value of the product on its own domestic market, and that it causes injury to the EU industry. A causal link between the injury and the subsidised imports must be demonstrated.
